Born and raised in San Francisco California, Xavier Sotelo brings twenty-five years of experience in national and international sales and business development, with the last nineteen years in high technology, as well as establishing companies in Canada.   As a savvy entrepreneur, Xavier founded Reynax Microtrade Corporation in the mid 1990's.  Within a short 5 year period, he managed to turn his company into a multi million dollar operation.

Xavier has run start-up sales and marketing organizations, and managed large ($100M to $400M) companies with an exceptional track record for securing and increasing sales as well as significant operational improvements.  Xavier has worked in senior executive positions for companies such as Telepin Software, Netistix Technologies, Wrapped Apps Corporation, bitHeads Inc., Corel Corporation, Icotech, Cognicase, and Sidus Systems, Inc. to name a few.

Xavier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Carleton University, is a licensed financial advisor with Advocis, and holds sales certifications from Miller Heiman, the world's leading sales training methodology.  Xavier holds dual citizenship with the U.S.A. and Canada and is fluent in English, Spanish, and conversational French.
