Having achieved milestones of success throughout her 15 plus year career, Susan was faced with new challenges in her recent role as an "account executive" with a leading business newspaper in Canada. Like many, she was feeling a tremendous amount of discomfort and stress with the process of sales. To make matters worse, she was going to have to start building a clientele all over again.
